Is the South East of Ireland attractive for tech firms to invest in?

  Well, is it? Keep reading to find out, this is an interesting read. Try a small exercise before reading on and think of as many tech firms as you can in the South of Ireland.    The South East of Ireland is a good place for tech firms to invest in. It is a huge benefit to Ireland also as Tech firms in the South of Ireland are huge employers and bring a large amount of foreign direct investment (FDI). When it comes to FDI Ireland was the number one choice for US companies in 2021.    In my opinion, there are three main reasons why the South East of Ireland is so attractive for tech firms to invest in. Examples of some of the biggest tech firms that have invested in the South of Ireland are Apple and Dell.   1. Low Corporate Tax Rate –   Ireland has one of the lowest corporate tax rates in Europe at 12.5% which is very low compared to the UK which is 25%.
