Hello everyone! Welcome back to this week’s blog!

This week I am going to talk to you a little bit about SaaS ERP for SMEs (Software as a Service Enterprise Resource Planning for Small and Medium Enterprises). This is a cloud-based system ERP solution designed specifically to meet the needs of growing businesses. SaaS ERP has improved and addressed any challenges that were met with traditional ERP systems. Implementing a new ERP system requires careful planning and effective management. Before selecting your ERP software for your SME, it’s important to understand what the needs (and pain points) of your business are and if ERP software will help you address them. ERP can help a business streamline routine operational tasks, cutting costs and valuable time.

A number of challenges faced with traditional ERP systems:

1.        Finding out what processes need to be integrated

2.        Inadequate flexibility

3.        Resistance to change

4.        Maintenance costs

5.        Not understanding or using key features

Here are the top ERP Systems in 2024 that you could consider implementing into your business:

·      Microsoft Dynamics 365

·      Core HR

·      Epicor

·      Oracle NetSuite

·      Sage Intacct

Remember, before equipping your SME with an ERP system, you need identify the key features that are most important for your organisation.
